Strongly fruity, this Calvados is perfect as a digestif. It is also recommended for cocktails, for apple sorbets, as well as for culinary preparations which require a certain aromatic power and a high alcohol content. 

Light yellow, limpid and brilliant with a very fruity, complex and fine nose. Aromas of apples accompanied by notes of vanilla and citrus. The oak tannins are very little present. 

Lots of freshness and intensity on the palate, round in the mouth. Whole melted with baked apple flavors and length.
