Viognier and Fiano are varieties of recent introduction in Guadalupe Valley, Baja California. These varieties are grown in the “Campo Manaz” vineyard, on the east side of Guadalupe Valley, reason for its name. The grapes, harvested at the exact ripening time, are vinified with the most modern technology in stainless Steel tanks under precise temperature control, plus a strict quality control protocol.

Each variety is harvested and fermented separately; later the winemaker decides the perfect blend, looking to achieve the right balance, elegance and quality.
