Pear, apple and white blossom show on the nose. On the palate the flavours of white peach and nashi pear are supported by a soft creamy texture. There is a hint of mandarin and spice on the end palate. 

This moreish wine is delicous with blue cheeses and walnuts or seafood risotto, Thai food, grilled salmon and scallops.
