Huia Gewürztraminer has a fragrant nose of rose petal notes and turkish delight. Soft lychee and rose water flavours fill out the aromatic palate. This is a silky, supple, succulent style with hints of salted caramel, nashi pear and a slight hint of passionfruit on the palate. 

This Gewürztraminer is delicious with terrines and paté, asian food, smoked seafood and meats, soy honey duck, as well as blue cheeses, aged cheddar, and figs.
