Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Harvest: 12 months in French oak barrels

TASTING NOTE
In sight, it presents a beautiful cherry red color with shades in transition and a medium intensity of color is a clean and bright wine
On the nose, fine aromas of red fruits dominate, with cherries, raspberries, redcurrants, plums, dried flowers, pepper and notes of wet earth, chocolate and mushrooms
In boa, it has a very good balance and a nice middle end.
Pairing: Fine cuts of beef, grilled garments, medium intensity cheeses. Ideal with dishes rich in sauces and spices.
Storage time in optimal conditions 6 years.
