The cuvée proposed comes from an assembly of two 200 liter barrels of 6 years of age, selection and assembly carried out by Marc Darroze. Christian and Guillaume Drouin (second and third generation) pay particular attention to the aging of their spirits. 

They are inspired by old methods and traditions by the use of sherry or port barrels and also develop new maturation schemes in Banyuls, Sauternes or Rivesaltes Muscats, for rare and original perfumes. In order to preserve the signature of Calvados, its fruit, the House favors red wood, second filling, over new wood.
