Born of a dream to build a beautiful boutique resort around a vineyard, El Cielo has become "heaven" for its owners and guests. The vineyards (in Valle de Guadalupe, Valle de San Jacinto and Valle de Ojos Negros) produce a wide range of red and white varietals, which are transformed in the state of the art and energy efficient winery into full-bodied wines (all named for famous astronomers, stars, and other astral bodies).
