Founded in 2011, Pinckney Bend Distillery launched with just a single product - American Gin. Now into their second decade, the team at Pinckney continues to combine their love of local history and American agriculture with a passion for distilling.  Their product line has grown to include award winning gins, whiskeys, vodka, and canned cocktails. 

A favorite at Bodin Street is the Pinckney Heirloom Corn Program, which results in an annual limited run single varietal corn whiskey. Pinckney works with local farmers to grow, grind, distill, and age heirloom corn varieties (including using a seed trial and propogation plot 50 feet from the distillery), making for exceptional field-to-glass whiskey and contributes to a wider movement of bringing biodiversity in corn back to US distilling! Previous years' varieties have included: Hickory Cane, Wapsie Valley, Pencil Cob, Boone County White, Tennessee Red Cob & Bloody Butcher.
