Viñedos Aldo Palafox is a winery with roots in traditions originated centuries ago by the missionaries, who saw the goodness of this privileged land. And they are committed to their family ancestors’ customs of wine making and their perspective over the importance of the vineyards.

The winery project is located in the heart of tress. All the harvested grapes are for producing their five different wine labels, and the varieties they grow are Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Shyraz, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay.

They incorporate the best techniques and technology in wine making to help maintain the quality of the fruit, and express the personality of their terroir and all the hard work involved.
