Pierrick Laroche, second generation wine grower in Chablis, made his first commercial vintage in 2010 after receiving a degree in Enology in Beaune and interning at Villa Maria in New Zealand. These 2,300 bottles garnered him three stars - the top billing from The Guide Hatchette, the premiere wine magazine in France.
Firm, fresh minerality define Perrick's Chablis and continue to be the hallmarks of his current vintages. Eschewing fungicides and other commercial farming practices, Laroche works small, and personally oversees the majority of his vineyard's production.
